The distribution of the royalty income is based on a per-work basis, insofar as the respective publisher or other rights holder is entitled to it, and on the basis of the determined use of the respective work. There are no valuations and/or other criteria that could influence a usage-based distribution. On principle, Asian Alliance Music Rights Organisation AG withholds a certain percentage (up to 10%) of the licence-related income as a fee for its services. The remaining proceeds stemming from licence-related income is distributed to the publishing houses and proprietors of rights.
The administrative costs are fully covered by Asian Alliance Music Rights Organisation AG by the withheld fee. There are no further deductions.
Asian Alliance Music Rights Organisation AG does not deduct any further fees from the exploitation-related proceeds for other purposes than covering the administrative costs, including any deductions to promote social, cultural or educational services.
